Monday night Taiji classes are offered through the Winchester Hospital’s Community Health Institute and are held at their Family Medical Center in Wilmington, MA. Go to www.winchesterhospital.org for location and class information. The hospital’s web site lists already started, currently running sessions as “please call for next class” after the first class of the current session. Call the staff at the Community Health Institute (781-756-4700) to sign up for new sessions or to enter the Monday evening class at a prorated fee (new students only).
All classes offered by the Melrose YMCA are open to both Y members and non members. Go to www.melroseymca.org for class and registration info. Students enrolled in one of our other programs can take classes on a drop in basis with 1 week prior notice (call us for details). Call us directly for information about how to join the class after the session start date.
