Bai Long Quan Kungfu

Bai Long Quan Kungfu combines elements of Choy Li Fat, Hung Gar, and Okinawan Kempo. Five animals techniques can be found throughout the powerful forms that emphasize flowing movement, dynamic tension, breath control and qi development, powerful strikes, stances, and kicks. This practice will give the practitioner more power and energy, increased stamina and speed, and enhanced ability in regards to focus and confidence. Practitioners gain greater leg strength, flexibility, and a strong and stable core. Instruction is designed to emphasize the joy, power, and freedom of the movements and techniques as well as the self-defense and fighting aspects.
